New board of directors at MODfestivals e.V.

The association MODfestivals e.V. based in Marktoberdorf has elected a new board. The purpose of the association is the promotion of art and culture, which is realized by the implementation of the festivals "International Chamber Choir Competition Marktoberdorf" and "Musica Sacra International" and the respective accompanying programs.

The following members of the previous board were confirmed at the annual general meeting via Zoom conference: Prof. Dr. Hans Jaskulsky (1st chairman), Jeroen Schrijner (vice chairman) and Wolfgang Hannig. Newly elected were Dr. Ute Eiling-Hütig (member of the state parliament) and Judith Mohr (Bundesmusikverband Chor & Orchester e.V.).

Prof. Dr. Hans Jaskulsky is very pleased about the reinforcement in the team. He would like to thank Prof. Reinhold Stollreiter, who has retired from the board for reasons of age. Prof. Stollreiter was a long-standing member of the BMCO/BDC board and has been a supporter of the festivals in Marktoberdorf for many years.
